We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and ambitious Personal Brand Marketing Executive to support our founder and select clients in building standout personal brands.
This is a junior, entry-level role ideal for someone who loves content creation, has a strong creative instinct, and is eager to learn. You’ll work closely with the founder, gaining hands-on experience across content, social media, copywriting, and strategy. You’ll help shape the voice and visuals behind personal brands across Instagram and LinkedIn — particularly those of inspiring female founders in wellness, lifestyle, business, and leadership.
This role is designed to teach you a wide range of skills in personal brand marketing — with mentorship, variety, and plenty of opportunity to grow over time.
Key Responsibilities
You'll be supported and guided by the Founder and the wider team. This role will grow your knowledge and confidence and ability with the following responsibilities:
Support personal brand content for the OAC founder (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, podcast)
Work with the team on a small portfolio of client founder accounts - turning their insights and stories into high-performing social content
Create content in various formats: video (Reels/TikToks), static (carousels, graphics), short-form copy, and stories
Draft hooks, captions, and creative concepts tailored to the audience and platform
Use Canva and CapCut (or similar tools) to design and edit visually engaging content
Assist with podcast promotion – pulling key quotes, clips, and turning them into multi-platform assets
Help schedule content, manage approvals, and keep content calendars up to date
Attend strategy days, brand shoots, or founder content sessions
Keep an eye on social trends, content formats, and opportunities for creative storytelling
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…
Are confident in creating short-form video and graphic-led content (we don’t need a videographer, just someone who understands flow, tone, and aesthetic)
Are a natural storyteller and strong copywriter - you can turn a voice note or rough outline into something impactful
Are familiar with what works on Instagram and LinkedIn specifically (and how the tone differs between the two)
Are proactive, curious, and ready to take ownership of your work
Excited by the opportunity of working on multiple accounts and deadlines with strong organisational skills
Are happy working behind the scenes but confident enough to bring your creative ideas forward
Have a passion for founders, marketing, storytelling, and the creator economy
Bonus Points If…
You’re actively building your own personal brand (big bonus – we love creators who get it from the inside)
You have experience supporting personal brands, founders, or influencer accounts
You’re confident capturing BTS footage, popping into stories, or supporting at live content days
You have a design eye and a feel for on-brand visuals
Why Join OAC?
Work across multiple personal brands that are bold, inspiring, and on the rise
A small, ambitious, and creative team with lots of freedom and responsibility
Promotion opportunities - we grow from within
You’ll never be a cog in the machine. Your ideas, initiative, and creativity will be seen and valued.
If none of the above roles feel like quite the right fit, but you’d like to be considered for an alternative role / future vacancy, please leave your details below.
