    AKA, the Powerhouse

    If I’m not ploughing through the to-do list, you’ll find me juggling all things home for @overatcharlies. I don’t drink tea or coffee, I’m fueled by Pepsi Max and cannot work in silence. The office tunes are always on top volume (with some questionable singing by the team).

  • Operations Manager & EA to CEO
    AKA, the one that keeps all the cogs turning!

    If I’m not knee-deep in a spreadsheet or ticking off one of my many to-do lists, you’ll find me planning an event, booking travel, or working behind the scenes. Always a natural energy drink or an Iced Matcha in hand — and I’m rarely seen without both. I’m the behind-the-scenes engine making sure everything runs like clockwork.

    You will never catch me without music playing (it’s only right that my happy place is most definitely at a concert, specifically a Sam Fender one). I won’t be found in the office without my highlighters and a lucozade. It’s my rocket fuel!

    Darcey blends creativity, confidence, and a serious eye for detail into everything she does. With hands-on experience managing talent, securing brand deals, and crafting standout content, she’s all about helping creators grow their platforms and partnerships.

    Nicole is the contract connoisseur and compliance queen. She makes sure all our T’s are crossed, I’s are dotted, and every deal is air-tight. Whether she’s negotiating brand terms or safeguarding our creators’ rights, she brings clarity, confidence, and a serious eye for detail to every part of our business.
